Dual Opposing MIG/SAW Welding Manipulator MNX12-100 delivers clear visualization of the welding process using integrated laser illumination and optics. Moreover, the welding process is monitored by Through Arc Height Tracking (TAHT) which guarantees consistently accurate height tracking to ensure optimum weld quality. When it comes to user control, LJ’s  MNX12-100 is outfitted with platform and weld head-mounted touchscreen displays combined with industry-leading ‘Top Flight’ tactile controls. The HMI displays allow the operator full control over weld parameters as well as a precision manipulator and positioner control. Lastly, the heavy-duty MNX manipulator can easily be rotated to use the SAW process on the same workpiece in the same footprint.
