20-TON HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE VESSEL ROLLERS : 10TRV-500/600

Designed and built for endurance, LJ's height-adjustable turning rolls are engineered to lift and roll pipes, boilers, and other cylindrical objects. They are the primary tool in heavy-duty applications involving pipes, boilers, and other cylindrical workpieces. The 20 Ton Height Adjustable Vessel Rolls  10TRV-500 has a diameter range from 1' to 14'. It's height adjustable, allowing workpieces to be lowered and lifted between 27" to 45" and has a load capacity of 20 tons, equally distributed on the driver and idler. It can perform an output torque of 50,000 in-lbs and a rotation speed up to 50 in/min.
