Operators can easily control the tilt, rotation, and height adjustments to handle workpieces weighing up to 3,000 lbs (at 6” from the chuck plate). Its adjustable height range of 33-1/2” to 57-1/2” (in 3” increments) and -45° to 90° tilting range ensure ergonomic operation, enhancing productivity and reducing material handling time. The 22-1/8” mounting plate supports various options, including tee-slots and custom chuck mounting, while the 800-amp grounding capacity and powered rotation speeds of 0.225 – 2.8 RPM ensure consistent, high-quality welds. A wide range of accessories and options is available to extend the functionality of the T3PSX to meet your productivity targets. These include grippers, bi-directional and variable speed foot switches, and wired or wireless hand pendants upgradeable to a digital readout.
