The 1PT-300, designed for optimally positioning hefty and unwieldy workpieces, employs powered variable speed tilt and rotation across three axes. It offers operators the precision to control height, rotation, and tilt of substantial workpieces. Fully compatible with manipulators and robotic welding systems, it can automate recurring welding tasks, thereby maximizing productivity. The provision of table slots simplifies mounting and securing pipes. With its tilt protector, it ensures enhanced ergonomics to optimize operator performance and achieve a welding position that guarantees consistent, top-notch welds. With a load capacity of 1½ tons and adjustable height settings ranging from 29” – 49” in 5” increments, the 1PT-300 reduces material handling time and cuts production costs tied to labor, material damage, and additional equipment, while significantly boosting workplace safety and productivity.
