Flexible and expandable, it can be fully integrated with a [manipulator](https://www.ljwelding.com/products/type/welding-manipulators/) or paired with a robot for complete automation and optimal productivity. Automated height and rotation adjustments enable fast alignment and the smooth, controlled rotation of heavy workpieces, minimizing material handling and reducing production costs associated with the need for extra labour and equipment and optimizing workplace safety, efficiency and productivity. Automated powered adjustments can be controlled remotely with a wireless hand pendant, footswitch, or locally at the push of a button. Powered height adjustability between 42-96 inches can be modified to meet the specific requirements of our customers and is highly precise. It can be configured within a fraction of an inch and allows the optimal alignment of workpieces and the most effective torch position for welders or a robotic interface, allowing operators to deliver the most efficient, consistent, and highest-quality welds. Despite its compact size, the H12PS-100 is robust and durable, equipped with 125,000 in-lbs turning torque and adjustable rotation speed between 0.05 - 2.2 rpm. Its load capacity is 12,000 lbs at 12-inch overhung and doubles to six tons when used in tandem with a powered tailstock.
