4 TON HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE DRIVER/IDLER: HD2L-100/150

LJ Welding's 4-Ton Height Adjustable Pipe Rolls are cost-effective and user-friendly equipment for pipe welding applications ranging from light tubes to extra-heavy walled pipe. It provides precise rotation for pipe fabrication that requires minimal floor space, and they are built for reliability and endurance for the longest possible service life. With a load capacity of 8,000 lbs, which is evenly distributed between the driver and idler, this positioner is designed for welding cylindrical workpieces with a diameter range of 2” to 36”. The HD2L-100/150 features a rotation system with a tractive effort of 650 lbs, a turning torque of 2,000 in-lbs and a turning speed of 8-80 in/min. The height of the top of the wheel ranges from 27-5/8" - 39-5/8", and the device has a fine height adjustment feature.
