PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The 12P-800 is a compact and versatile thru-bore portable weld positioner designed for lighter-duty fabrication tasks. It has a load capacity of up to 1,000 lbs with a 12-inch outer diameter turntable compatible with a 12-inch chuck or welding grip. This positioner comes equipped with 3-inch hollow thru-bore, manual self locking worm gear, tilt adjustability ranging between 5 -100 degrees and bi directional table rotations powered by 3,000 in lbs turning torque allowing operators to deliver controlled consistent high quality welds at 0.45 -4.5 RPMs. The standard 200 amps capacity runs on 110 -380V 50 -60Hz power input while other custom options like 400 amps ground capacity are available upon customer requests along with accessories such as torch mount options and choice of bi directional or variable speed foot switches cabled or wireless hand pendants etc.. This powerful yet lightweight equipment offers many key benefits including improved safety due to its enclosed worm gear rotation drive and dynamic brakes; smooth and consistent rotation for delivering high quality welds; versatility through wide range of upgradeable options; compatibility with different specifications via other models like the 12P900 Portable Positioner & 8P200 Benchtop Positioner; and power input of 110-380V 50-60Hz.
