The equipment includes a large turntable with a 12-inch outer diameter and can hold up to 1,000 lbs at the chuck face. The rotation speed can be changed from 0.5 to 5 RPMs so that operators can deliver quality welds quickly. The positioner comes with a standard 200 amps capacity and runs on 110-380V, 50-60Hz power input. Other custom power options are available too, like 400 amps ground capacity or different power inputs. We offer accessories and upgradeable options like torch mount options, bi-directional or variable speed foot switches, cabled or wireless hand pendants, with or without a digital readout. The 12P-900 positioner enhances ergonomics with tilt adjustability between -5 and 105 degrees, enabling our customers to position their workpieces at optimal angles for welding. The enclosed worm gear rotation drive allows bi-directional table rotations and includes dynamic brakes, providing maximum safety and control throughout the welding process. Its offers smooth variable rotation speeds ranging from 0.5 to 5 RPMs, powered by a 3,000  in-lbs turning torque. This feature minimizes material handling, saving valuable time and reducing production costs.
