4 Ton Height Adjustable Roll & Cart: EMCC-300

LJ Welding’s 4 Ton Height Adjustable Roll & Cart provides precision and stability during welding operations. With a load capacity of 8,000 lbs, which is evenly distributed between the driver and idler, this positioner is designed for welding cylindrical workpieces with a diameter range of 4” to 36”. The EMCC-300 features a rotation system with a tractive effort of 650 lbs, a turning torque of 2,000 in-lbs and a turning speed of 8-80 in/min. The height of the top of the wheel ranges from 40-½” to 50-½”, and the device has a fine height adjustment feature. 

The Height Adjustable Roll Cart provides a safe and comfortable work environment for welders by reducing fatigue and improving mobility. The machine is easy to handle  and enables quick changes between different sized workpieces, thanks to its heavy-duty design that allows it to work with a wide range of workpieces. Precise and accurate positioning of the workpieces ensures consistent and high-quality welds, while the height-adjustable feature accommodates different work heights and ergonomic needs. Moreover, the machine is easy to move and transport with four swivel casters.
