The TRN20-200 is LJ's potent 40,000 lbs welding floor turntable, compact yet powerful in its operation, providing high-precision positioning and rotation of pipe, vessels, and industrial workpieces around a vertical axis. This 20 ton welding low profile turntable is engineered to accommodate loads up to 20 tons, seamlessly rotating cylindrical weldments with diameters up to a substantial 52 inches. Designed with ergonomics in mind, it allows large workpieces to be positioned on a flat or horizontal axis, enhancing operator convenience. With a turning torque of 90,000 in-lbs and adjustable rotation speeds between 0.05 and 1.0 RPM, the TRN20-200 enables operators to deliver accurate, efficient, and consistent high-quality welds, reducing material handling time and worker fatigue.

Constructed for heavy-duty use, the TRN20-200 promises a long working life and can be fully integrated with column and boom manipulators and robots, optimizing productivity. This 40,000 lbs welding floor turntable's footprint of 60” x 58-⅝” x 23-½”, and weight of 2,860 lbs, combined with its power requirements of 208-240V, 17A, 1-ph, 60Hz, underpin its robust performance.
