LJ’s 40TMR is usually used in pipe double-jointing systems for maximum efficiency and safety, with up to 65% decrease in fit up cycle times. It provides even weight distribution, constant rotation speeds and is adaptive to a wide range of work-piece diameters without the need for separate adjustment. Pipe alignment turning roll 40TMR reduces worker fatigue as well as provides a secure way to position cylindrical parts. Vessel pipe alignment rolls provide constant centerline capabilities making the set-up and alignment quick and the workflow more efficient. 40TMR offers a load capacity of up to 15 tons.

Pipe alignment turning rolls for welding are adaptive to a wide range of workpieces without a need for a separate adjustment. They also enable constant rotation speeds and maintain a constant centerline when rotating workpieces that are unbalanced, thin-walled and/or heavy, and have diameters ranging from 24" to 60". 40TMR also provides certain alignment features that include height adjustability, up to 30" pinned and 8" hydraulic, side shift, and powered track drive.
