These 240,000 lbs fixed height vessel rollers rotate and roll with unmatched efficiency, allowing swift changes between differently sized workpieces. LJ's 120 ton fixed height turning rolls lead their class, flaunting the most extensive diameter range (18” - 312”) and load capacity. Notably, they can be integrated seamlessly with manipulator applications, reducing the need for cranes and idle time.With an output torque of 240,000 in-lbs and tractive effort of 20,400 lbs, the power-driven 120T-500/600 maximizes control and traction. It automatically aligns itself around the workpiece, eliminating the need for manual manipulation of the turning rolls.

The dual drive, driveshaft-free design further enhances operational control and efficiency.
