Engineered for superior positioning of large and unwieldy workpieces, the T12PS-100 is a high-capacity positioner featuring powered variable speed tilt and rotation across three axes. It equips operators with meticulous control over the height, rotation, and tilt of heavy workpieces. Fully compatible with manipulators and robotic welding systems, it simplifies the automation of recurring welding tasks, ensuring maximum productivity. With enhanced ergonomics, it boosts operator performance and secures the ideal welding position to deliver consistent, high-quality welds. The T12PS-100's load capacity stands at 6 tons at 0” to 12” overhung load, with adjustable height settings between 48” – 80” center height in 4” increments.

Adjustments to center height in 5" calibrations reduce material handling time and cut production costs tied to labor, material damage, and the need for additional equipment. This improves workplace safety and productivity. We provide an extensive selection of accessories and upgradeable options to enhance the functionality of our equipment. All controls come with a standard 0 to 100% knob, an optional 10-turn potentiometer, and optional grounding capabilities for safer welding.
