Designed for lighter loads, this compact 1 ton pipe rigging roller specializes in handling pipes in industrial applications like refineries, power plants, and more. With its V-style roller mounting and 3” OD Urethane side rollers, the HZD12-100 is a perfect solution for loading pipes onto racks or modular construction systems. Its unique design offers a safer method for handling spooled pipe, reducing pinch points, tugging, and crane time by up to 40 percent. This 2,000 lbs unidirectional beam clamp roller ensures lower production costs and elevates job site safety and productivity. Featuring a heavy-duty build and a load capacity of 2,000 lbs, the HZD12-100 accommodates a diameter range of 2 – 12 inches and can be securely clamped to I-beams or other support structures.  Its beam clamp flange size range of 6” - 12” Wide x 1/2” - 1-¼” Thick, combined with a quick clamp system, allows for rapid installation. Additionally, its handles and unidirectional urethane rollers facilitate easy moving, lifting, and enhanced grip and shock absorption, thereby protecting the pipe coating.
