80,000 LBS PIPELINE ROLLER: HZM405-100

Pipeline rollers help support and guide a pipeline section during river and road crossings installation. Designed to keep pipe above ground, safe from dirt and other contaminants, they protect the pipe exterior, minimize drag force as it is pulled through horizontal drill holes, and support pipes that carry petroleum products, crude oil, and natural gas to destinations around the world. The HZM405-100 has a load capacity of 40 tons and a diameter of 4-72 inches. Designed to accurately center pipe as it moves along the feeder cradle, the HZM405-100 is equipped with eight urethane side rollers that utilize molded oversized roller bearings, allowing smooth rotation and protecting the pipe from damage.

In addition, its modular design enables curved pulls and can be easily lifted with chains, straps, or forks.
