It allows for precise control over the height, rotation, and tilt of large workpieces that would otherwise be too cumbersome to manipulate. This positioner can also be fully integrated with manipulators and robotic welding systems for automated welding tasks. Furthermore, it provides eight adjustable centerline heights between 50.5" – 82" in 4" increments for enhanced ergonomics. Using this equipment offers significant benefits in terms of quality, productivity and workplace safety as it allows operators to achieve consistent and high quality welds while minimizing labor costs associated with material handling. Additionally, its adjustable centerline heights promote better ergonomics in order to alleviate any strain or fatigue for the operator during use.
