Beam Clamp Rigging Rollers

Pipe rigging rollers are used for a variety of applications, in particular for installation of pipe into racks at refineries, power plants, and other industrial facilities. All LJ pipe rigging rollers are designed to be lightweight, with beam clamps for quick installation and various roller head options so that pipe can be easily, safely, and efficiently be installed.

There are three main styles of pipe rigging rollers:

Multi-directional rollers for pipe rolling in all directions
Conical beam clamp rigging rollers for rolling pipe into racks
Powered rigging rollers- for rolling pipe into racks, equipped with self locking
geared wheel spacing features and powered roller/driver

Beam clamp rigging rollers are used for installation of pipe in racks and modules where space is limited and cranes cannot access, using rolling elements to enhance productivity and safety.

LJ pipe rigging rollers are designed to clamp onto a range of structural beams for any pipe installation application such as refineries, modules, and many others.
