LJ Welding Management – Dedicated to Quality and Service

LJ's management consists of three equal owner/operators as part of a partnership:

Tim Robinson, P.Eng
Tim is a mechanical engineer who heads up the Engineering department, focusing on new, improved, and custom designed fabrication equipment designs.

Ryan Holt, P.Eng
Ryan is a mechanical engineer who manages operations and business development, working closely with engineering, production and sales to ensure LJ delivers top quality equipment every time.

Adam Carpenter, BComm
Adam is a commerce graduate focused on financials, customer service, contract administration, and key business planning.

Dr. Brian Carpenter
Brian is an accomplished businessman and entrepreneur, who is involved in numerous businesses and charities but is not involved in day to day operations at LJ.
