GEAR TILT POSITIONER RENTAL DESCRIPTION

LJ’s 6,000 lb Gear Tilt Positioner Rental enables rotation, lifting and tilting of a workpiece for welding. On rotation, the workpiece can be rotated at consistent speeds, ranging from 0.1 to 2.5 rotations per minute (RPM). The rotation speed can also be customized to customers' requirements. With a tilting torque of 60,000 in-lb. you can tilt your workpiece up to an angle of 135° in 25 seconds with ease. Its turning torque power of 60,000 lb. ensures shop floor safety and long-term equipment durability while working on heavy welding parts. The T6PS-100 is the lower to mid-range gear tilting welding positioner of the LJ welding positioner series. It can support up to 3 tons of weight at 0” to 12" overhung load.
