LJ's Heavy Duty Pipe Roller Stand Rentals have a loading capacity of 4 tons, height range of 30"-42" and diameter range of 4"-48". We provide solutions in which our pipe stands serve as a support to column/boom positioners and welding manipulators. When it comes to features, we offer a variety of accessories and options that can be added to customers’ demands. This includes roller wheels that are available in different materials (urethane, steel or other custom material) custom tops (multidirectional ball transfers, vee rollers and flat rollers), sawhorse tops and vee tops. As far as custom modifications go, there is a possibility of mounting multiple SHD-850 rental pipe stands together with a roller frame.

LJ's Heavy Duty Pipe Roller Stand For Rent comes with geared height adjustability which ensures smooth transitions even when the pipe support is under a load. This allows welders to raise or lower the pipe to the same level as the machine and avoid human factor failures. By bringing the pipe in parallel to the machine it is much easier to adjust hi/low and achieve a square face-off. Our welding pipe roller stands can be used to only support pipes when rolling is not required. This allows all worked on pipes to be staged in one location, keeping the fusion machine stationary and minimizing the downtime between fusion joints.
