Introducing the Dual Opposing MIG/SAW Welding Manipulator MNX12-100, designed to enhance welding efficiency and quality. This system provides clear visualization through integrated laser illumination and optics, with Through Arc Height Tracking (TAHT) ensuring precise height tracking for optimal welds. Equipped with platform and weld head-mounted touchscreen displays and 'Top Flight' tactile controls, it offers complete control over weld parameters and precision manipulator functions. The heavy-duty MNX12-100 can easily switch between MIG and SAW processes on the same workpiece. Featuring dual opposing GMAW and SAW weld heads, a liquid-cooled torch and camera, and a small-bore extended torch lance with an alignment camera for 8” ID welding, this manipulator maximizes productivity and saves shop space.
