LJ's Welding Headstock Positioner To Let is the mid-range headstock positioner in the powered headstock series. The powered headstock is often used for heavy workpieces that need lift or rotation. It's built for reliability and designed for longevity. This headstock positioner has a 12,000 lbs load capacity at a 12" overhung load. The capacity doubles to 24,000lbs (12-tons) when paired with the powered tailstock. This powered headstock has 125,000 in-lbs turning torque. In addition to functionality, the high turning torque makes this positioner exceedingly durable. The rotation speed for the headstock positioner is between 0.05 and 2.2 rotations per minute (RPM). Other speed options are available.
