Note: LJ symmetrical wheel spacing rolls are designed for specialty applications where long sections of pipe require alignment for welding, and offer compensation for inconsistencies in shop floor or ground. These units allow the operator to adjust wheel spacing with a powered variable drive, while under load, such that the centerline of the workpiece can be effectively moved up or down, or side to side, as required. All symmetrical rolls are available with optional train wheel packages as shown in lower right image of gallery below.
