CASE STUDY: Custom Bridge I Beam Rollers Install

Project:

24-30″ utility pipe to be installed in tight spaces on a bridge; customer required bridge beam rollers for both installation and permanent support of the various sized pipes.

The LJ Welding Solution:

Custom bridge beam rollers rated to 3 Tons capacity each were supplied and able to compensate for grade variation, tight installation requirements, and all capacity and installation requirements on the bridge. LJ also supplied rental equipment for handling and field rotational welding of the pipe, in addition to a winch system for towing the pipe into place.

The Result:

LJ delivered fully customized solution within 8 weeks of order, on time, on budget and all performance requirements were met or exceeded, allowing customer to install pipe quickly.
